Do I need a Tracerfy account to use Propevolve?
Yes — skip tracing and the Lead Builder use Tracerfy's API. You bring your own Tracerfy account and enter your API key in Settings. Tracerfy charges $0.02 per credit — skip tracing costs 5 credits ($0.10) per lookup and lead lists cost 5 credits per property delivered. You only pay for what you use.
What is included in the free plan?
The free Basic plan includes full CRM access with up to 50 contacts, all 7 pipeline stages, activity timeline, deal notes, and motivation scoring. Skip tracing, Lead Builder, email outreach, deal analyzer, analytics, buyer network, and maps are Pro features.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — you can cancel anytime from your Settings page. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — you can only access your own data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We never sell or share your CRM data. Your API keys are stored encrypted and never exposed.
Does Propevolve work in my state?
Yes — Propevolve works in all 50 US states. Skip tracing and lead data coverage varies by market. You are responsible for complying with your state's real estate wholesaling laws, disclosure requirements, and outreach regulations including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
What is the founding member pricing?
Founding members lock in at $47/month or $397/year — forever. When we launch publicly on July 4th, Pro goes to $97/month or $797/year. Your founding member price never increases as long as you stay subscribed. Only 50 spots available.
Do I need my own Twilio account for SMS?
Yes — SMS outreach uses your own Twilio account and phone number. You enter your Twilio credentials in Settings. This keeps your costs transparent and your phone number under your control. SMS outreach is coming soon.
What asset types does Propevolve support?
Propevolve supports Single Family Residences (SFR), Multifamily, Commercial, Industrial, Land, and RV Parks. All pipeline stages, deal analysis, and lead builder strategies work across all asset types.
How does the shared buyer network work?
When you add a buyer and mark them as shared, they become visible to all Propevolve users. This means every user benefits from a growing network of verified cash buyers. Private buyers are only visible to you.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Manual import and CSV upload is on our roadmap. Currently you can add contacts one at a time via the CRM or pull bulk lists via the Lead Builder which imports directly into your CRM with phones, emails, and equity data pre-populated.
