Propevolve is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist real estate wholesalers with contact management, lead generation, deal analysis, outreach automation, and related business operations. The Service is a tool only and does not constitute real estate brokerage, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice of any kind.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
The Company provides DNC scrubbing tools as a convenience feature only. Use of these tools does not guarantee legal compliance. You must independently verify compliance with all applicable laws before contacting any individual.
You may not use the Service to:
Propevolve offers a free Basic plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input into the Service was obtained lawfully and that you have appropriate rights to process such data.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Tracerfy, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party data or services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REGULATORY FINES, PENALTIES, OR LEGAL FEES RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lion of Judah Properties, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
