Lion of Judah Properties, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates Propevolve ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

• Account information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and company name provided during registration
• Billing information: Payment details processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• CRM data: Contact information, property data, notes, and activity logs you enter into the Service
• Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service
• API credentials: Third-party API keys you provide (stored encrypted)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, service updates)
• Provide customer support
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data You Enter Into the Service

The CRM data you enter — including property owner contact information — is your data. You represent and warrant that you have obtained this data lawfully and have the right to process it. We store this data on your behalf using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider.

We do not sell, share, or use your CRM data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you, except as required by law.

5. Shared Buyer Network

If you add buyers to the Propevolve Buyer Network and mark them as shared, that buyer information will be visible to other Propevolve users. Do not add private or sensitive information to shared buyer records. You may mark buyers as private to prevent sharing.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Netlify — application hosting
• Tracerfy — skip tracing and lead data (when you use these features)
• Resend — email delivery
• Google Maps — property location mapping

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted data storage, row-level security policies, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your CRM data
• Opt out of marketing communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect Service functionality.
